Using AI as a build partner to ship production-ready design systems, product UI, and full front-ends in a fraction of the usual time — without losing design craft.
Overview
This is an ongoing body of work exploring how far AI can push a single designer's output. Using AI as a design-and-build partner, I produce production-ready design systems, internal tools, product UI, and full front-ends at a speed that used to require a team.
The challenge
Deliver the full stack of product design — systems, UI, working code, and brand — solo, fast, and repeatably, without the output feeling generated or cutting corners on craft.
Approach & process
I design the prompts, flows, and guardrails, then drive AI through a design-to-code pipeline — reviewing, art-directing, and refining every step so the result is intentional. The work below is a real cross-section, from a full TRUCE design-token system to a self-initiated AI product concept:

The solution

A complete, documented token reference — colors, type, spacing, motion, logo variants, and platform icons — generated and refined with Claude, structured so engineering can consume it directly.
